For two weeks, 128 journalists from 7 regions at the same time - 20:00 - drank a glass of kefir "House in the Village" on live sourdough. Before and after the program, all participants filled out questionnaires about their well-being. The curator of the program was a well-known nutritionist and expert on a healthy lifestyle, MD, Rimma Moisenko.The results showed that the kefir "House in the Village" helped participants feel much better: digestion improved, it became easier to wake up in the morning, excessive irritability disappeared, and a sense of vigor was felt throughout the day.
