First of all, we congratulate all those whom nature has awarded a high bust, because most women only dream of increasing its volume.

But, on the other hand, so that the magnificent bust looks natural, organic and proportionate, it will not hurt to get acquainted with the methods by which you can demonstrate the dignity of your figure with a certain restraint and elegance. Keep in mind that the slimmer your lower half of the body, the more striking is the heaviness and excessive volume in its upper half. As a result, the figure seems disproportionate.

Method 1: focus on the vertical lines in the upper half of the body

The emphasis can be made with the help of a V-shaped neckline (for example, as on a pattern of a tunic with a wide strap), color blocks, pinches, folds, open on top of the fastener straps on a blouse, shirt or dress, long jewelry.

Method 2: choose only very high-quality linen

The bra should perfectly support the chest. It should be comfortable, lift the chest, divide it into two "cups" and generally give the breast a beautiful shape. An excellent bra should support the highest point of the chest somewhere in the middle between the elbow and the upper edge of the shoulder. By raising the chest, the distance between it and the waist increases, which makes the figure more proportional.Separating the two "cups" of the chest, the bra should not squeeze them so that a dense deep fold appears, on the contrary - a hollow that is pleasing to the eye should be visible instead. Also make sure that the “cups” of the breasts in the bra have a rounded, not vague, without sharp edges shape.

Method 3: Watch Your Posture

Observe yourself if you are leaning forward due to the severity of the bust. This also makes the figure disproportionate, more heavy in its upper part.

Method 4: lengthen the neck area

A relatively deep V-neckline, a heart, diamond cutout or a single-breasted button closure, unfastened from above, a long scarf, like on a dress pattern with a one-piece scarf, is exactly what you need.

Avoid round neckline cutouts, turtlenecks, boat cutouts, etc. But make sure that the neckline is not too deep. Your neckline in the vast majority of cases should be covered by more than half, approximately the same as on a pattern of a tunic with lace sleeves.

Method 5: discard excess volume in the upper body

Do not wear shoulder pads, shoulder straps, voluminous sleeves, chest pockets, ruffles, shuttlecocks and frills in the chest area. Choose simple, smooth, plain matte fabrics for the top. Your silhouette is from semi-close to tight.

Method 6: pay attention to the smallest details

When trying on a dress, check what exactly suits you. In any case, in addition to V-shaped cutouts, details such as a drapery in the shape of a waterfall neck, for example, as on a dress pattern with drapery in front, should be well suited to you.

Models with a smell that divides the chest area diagonally and distracts attention from its excessive volume, such as, for example, on a dress pattern with a smell gathered from yoke and waist, are ideal for you.

Among jackets, it is better to choose styles with narrow lapels, and the fastener on them should begin just below the chest area.

Method 7: avoid horizontal stripes in the chest area

This applies not only to contrasting inserts on the dress or strips on the fabric, but also to stitched details or finishing lines: coquette, embossed seams with contrast stitching. Also make sure that the sleeves do not end on the chest line, do not wear a bustier with a straight upper edge and sundresses with spaghetti straps.

Method 8: put emphasis on the face

This can be not only a bright make-up, but also glasses, spectacular earrings or sparkling hair clips in the hair.

Method 9: Choose Fabrics for the Top Carefully

If possible, prefer dark, plain, softly falling, flowing matte fabrics. Give up defiant patterns, structural, as well as shiny and sparkling materials.

Method 10: try to shift the waistline down

First of all, give up trousers and skirts with a high waistline. Choose narrow belts and the color of a skirt or trousers. Better yet, put the strap down on your hips. Ruthlessly throw wide belts out of the wardrobe.
