Rubber veins can be sewn in various ways. Here I will show how to do this using the foot for sewing cords.
All pictures are enlarged by clicking..1. Attach the cord stitch foot
2. Insert the rubber core under the plate into the central groove
3. Bring the fabric with the marked line under the foot and set the line "zigzag", length 1.5, width 2.
4. Sew the first vein along the marked line
5. Stitch the first vein in a groove on the lower side of the foot on the right side and stitch the second vein parallel to the first.
The presence of this groove serves as a kind of guideline, which allows without parallel marking to sew the veins at the same distance from each other, row after row
6. Pull the rubber veins to the desired length and secure by tying knots at the ends
It should be noted that it is necessary to tighten the veins not one at a time, but in pairs (if there are many rows)
This is how it looks ready-made
